Aviation Search Group has partnered with a Part 145 Repair Station to locate a Production Manager for their MRO, focusing on General Aviation to include Cessna and Piper aircraft.
Under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance, the Production Manager is responsible for planning and directing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) production activities within the FAA Part 145 Repair Station. This role ensures that all work is performed in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, company policies, customer requirements, and applicable airworthiness standards. The Production Manager oversees daily operations, manages technical personnel, ensures on-time delivery, maintains quality and safety standards, and drives continuous process improvement.

Job Duties:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet delivery commitments.
- Allocate labor and resources effectively across maintenance lines or shops.
- Monitor workflow, turnaround times (TAT), and productivity metrics.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Federal Aviation Administration regulations, including 14 CFR Part 145.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved data, repair station manuals, and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality and the Accountable Manager to support internal and external audits.
- Maintain readiness for FAA inspections and customer audits.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Partner with Quality Control to ensure airworthy product delivery.
