Role Overview:
As an Assembly Mechanic I, you will be responsible for constructing, testing, and maintaining mechanical components and equipment. You will work within a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and dedication to safety will help ensure machinery runs at optimal levels. Your contributions will be key to maintaining smooth operations and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test mechanical components, machinery, and equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot parts in need of replacement, and manage orders as required.
Follow detailed instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete daily tasks.
Work under the guidance of supervisors, maintaining safety and quality standards throughout your tasks.
Perform routine maintenance and support the team in achieving production goals.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2-4 years of relevant experience in mechanical assembly or a similar field.
Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in mechanical assembly.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while following safety protocols and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Apprenticeship or formal training in mechanical assembly.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Ability to lift over 30 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
