We are now looking for a Trainee to join our Customer Maintenance and Support team in our Helsinki office. Your tasks will be to improve the web based information services we provide to our international customers as well as to our customer support teams in other countries. It will also give you the chance to see how our help desk service works to serve our customers world wide. Additionally you have the possibility to work in our laboratories on a real telecommunication system.

The duration of this trainee period is 3-4 months and will start as agreed. The position is full-time during Summer 2024.

Who do we see working in this trainee position?

Our trainee program is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences. 

You are aiming for a degree in information, telecommunication, computer science or similar] and you have preferably completed courses that give you enough competence to work on web based applications (we are using Doxis4 for extranet and Confluence for intranet pages). For lab work, You can show your skills in Linux or Power script shell scripting, Python, Jenkins, Ansible, SQL or JQL

• In addition, proficiency in Telecom and virtualisation and IP  is also beneficial for the role

• Proficiency in other languages is also beneficial but not a strict requirement.

The position requires basic security clearance approval from Finnish authorities.
