STS Technical Services is hiring Building Maintenance Workers in Oscoda, Michigan. Requirements:

High school graduate; State Certifications are helpful.
Be able to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Be able to give verbal and written direction to assigned staff.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

Heavy Equipment repair
Building maintenance crew takes care of all grounds maintenance including but not limited to lawn care, painting, snow removal.
This crew will also shuttle people and/or airplane parts to and from different airports.
The candidate must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Duties:

Perform maintenance and minor repair of company buildings and facilities.
Perform electrical modification and repair of company buildings and facilities.
Conduct routine inspections of company facilities and equipment to ensure serviceability.
Follow and enforce safety rules and procedures.
Operate equipment used in snow removal.
