Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Blade Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing helicopter blades, reading prints and schematics, and performing blade-specific maintenance tasks. You will ensure all work is properly recorded and assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair helicopter blades.
• Read and interpret prints and schematics.
• Complete sanding, cleaning, and blade-specific maintenance.
• Properly record work performed on appropriate maintenance records.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.

• Experience with blade repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Reliable attendance and a self-starter attitude.

• 2-year technical degree desired.
• Interest, experience, and training in aviation.
• Drafting and blueprint interpretation experience desired.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broussard, Louisiana.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
