Join our team and play a pivotal role in the F/A-18 Operational (O-Level) and Intermediate Level (I-Level) Maintenance Program. This position focuses on the crucial maintenance and inspection of Ejection Seats and related systems to ensure that F/A-18 aircraft are always mission-ready for the Marines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, and evaluate Aircrew Flight Equipment operations related to equipment accountability and personnel reliability.
• Maintain, repair, and modify aircraft structures, structural components, engines, and other components, including flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.
• Focus primarily on Ejection Seat Maintenance to meet operational readiness.

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• CDQAR and CDI Qualification is mandatory.
• Extensive Ejection Seat Experience is essential.
• F/A-18 Experience is required.

• Experience with Egress systems is highly preferred.
• Completion of A school is required; C school is highly preferred.
• Marine Corps MOS Codes 6281, 6282, 6283, 6286, 6287, and 6288 are advantageous.
• Ejection Seat Certification is required.

Work Environment

This is a 1st shift position, working Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is based at a Marine Corps Air Station, with work performed both inside hangars and on the flight line, as well as in the backshop.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46.60 - $46.60/hr.
