Job Title: Engine Technician – Business Aviation (Bombardier Aircraft)

Overview:

This role focuses on the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft engines on Bombardier Global and Challenger aircraft, offering the opportunity to work in a high-performance corporate jet environment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring engine performance, safety, and reliability on some of the most advanced aircraft in business aviation.
- Adhere to general work requirements
- Inspect engines and/or APUs, components and associated aircraft systems and components in accordance with appropriate maintenance manuals with minimal supervision
- Assist with installation, removal or modifications and repairs of turbine engines, APUs and airframe systems or components
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
- Assist with engine/APUs and related systems operational checks and functional tests
- Assist with performing complete engine runs
- Assist with off-aircraft component repair
- Ability to effectively communicate in English in both written and verbal form
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
- Operate ground support equipment
- Ability to operate industrial vehicles and equipment (scissor/boom lift, forklift, etc.)
- Comply with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. Participatein5-S activities.
- Perform work in a safe and timely manner
- Basic PC skills
- You must have FAA Powerplant License
- 5 years of experience working as Engine Technician, Powerplant Technician or relevant experience within the aerospace industry.
- Aircraft Mechanic experience, engine experience
- Own and maintain hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools
