The GSE Analyst is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and compiling data within the GSE department. They will be responsible for working betweeh the Ground Support Equipment field department, fixed assets team, and accounting to identify and build trend data.

• Monitoring, recording of preventative maintenance schedule compliance and reporting of all GSE. This includes internal and external maintenance providers.
• Insuring compliance of parts and labor spend per workorder are properly captured with allowable variances, audit against monthly P&L report at location and cost center level.  Identify and correct discrepancies.
• Reconcile monthly GSE rent discrepancies reported, Identify and correct discrepancies.
• Manage internal database of GSE, perform and coordinate routine audits, asset transfers to FA team.
• Utilize and manage current CMMS system (computerized maintenance management system) (Dossier on Demand), contribute to develop better BMP in the GSE administrative team. (Mechanics reporting billable hours by equipment and or customer, GSE Analyst records in CMMS)
• Build database from CMMS, and other media via enforcement of proper data input compliance from cost centers and site mechanics to develop key strategic trend analysis.

• Minimum 3 years administrative experience required 
• Proven analytical sills in reading data, finding discrepancies, and executive reporting
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence 
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Ability to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

• Associates degree or equivalent two-year college or technical school; or six monts to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and expereience.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
