Key Responsibilities:
Participate actively in safety programs and promote a culture of safety at all times.
Perform maintenance and repairs on assigned aircraft within your authorization and qualifications.
Approve aircraft for return to service following scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
Report any defective or inoperative equipment to the appropriate maintenance leadership.
Accurately complete all required maintenance records and documentation.
Maintain organization and cleanliness in the hangar, workshops, and workspaces.
Assist in keeping technical manuals updated and compliant with industry standards.
Maintain and account for personal tools and ensure they are in proper working condition.
Apply Cockpit Resource Management (CRM) principles and provide input in operational decisions when appropriate.
Represent the organization with professionalism through communication and conduct.
Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 80 pounds.
Required Qualifications:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate - with at least 2 years of experience
Rotor Wing Maintenance Experience - Minimum of 2 years
Preferred: Experience with Bell 429 aircraft
Preferred: Background in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) aviation operations
Availability: Flexible to work overtime and on-call during a rotating 24/7 schedule
