Key Responsibilities:
Participate in company safety programs and initiatives.
Perform maintenance and repairs on assigned aircraft within your qualifications.
Approve aircraft for return to service after scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
Report all faulty or inoperative equipment to the maintenance leadership team.
Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hangar, workshops, and assigned areas.
Support technical manual upkeep and compliance with regulatory updates.
Maintain personal toolkits in proper working order and accountability.
Contribute to operational decisions using Cockpit Resource Management (CRM) principles.
Represent the organization positively through professional conduct and communication.
Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 80 pounds.
Required Qualifications:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate - Minimum of 2 years of experience
Rotor Wing Maintenance Experience - Minimum of 2 years
Experience on King Air 90/200 aircraft
Preferred: Previous work in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) aviation environments
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, and 24/7 on-call schedules during assigned shifts
