Job Title: A&P MechanicJob Description
The A&P Mechanic troubleshoots, repairs, inspects, and performs maintenance on customer aircraft. They perform and document all work in accordance with appropriate manuals and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations
- Operate ground support equipment as required
- Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations
- Assist with fuel and/or de-fuel of aircraft
- Assist with engine removal and installation
- Assist with aircraft component repair
Essential Skills- A&P License
- At least 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience
- Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal form regarding individual and/or aircraft status
- Ownership of a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools
- Ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required
- Ability to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays
- Ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather conditions
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge (if applicable)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00
