Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to meet FAA and company standards
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical components
• Read and interpret pilot-reported discrepancies, diagnose and resolve issues
• Assemble, install, and inspect mechanical/structural components
• Ensure compliance with accurate records, work orders, and checklists
• Maintain inventory, parts usage, and organization
• Uphold safety-conscious behaviors and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance with a focus on precision and attention to detail
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Authorized to work in U.S. and have a valid driver’s license

Required Qualifications:

• Pass pre-employment FAA DOT drug test and random screenings
• Well-versed in FAA regulations and industry standards
• Valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanic Certification
• Experience in both fixed-wing and rotorcraft maintenance

Shift Information:
• Day and Night shifts, rotating (varies)
• Overtime & On-Call
