What You’ll Do:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and modifications on various aircraft and engines.
- Work both on-site and in the field as part of the Mobile Repair Team (MRT), responding to urgent maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records and documentation to ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
- Use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and structural issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest FAA regulations, service bulletins, and manufacturer guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to maximize efficiency and aircraft performance.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A&P License (Required)
- Minimum 3 Years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience
- Strong Troubleshooting & Technical Skills
- Ability to Work Independently & As Part of a Team
- Willingness to Travel (50-75%)
- Must Have Own Set of Required Tools
Schedule & Benefits:
- Hours: Minimum 40+ per week (includes overtime, on-call, and occasional weekend work).
- Per Diem: $100/day when traveling for MRT assignments.
