We are seeking skilled A&P Mechanics for line maintenance work on Boeing 737-400 and 737-800 aircraft. This role involves conducting preflight and post flight checks, discrepancy repairs, and ensuring all maintenance is performed per aircraft manuals, company procedures, and the Repair Station manual. The position provides an excellent opportunity for career growth, with potential for Lead positions after evaluation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:- Required:
- A&P License (Must Have)
- Open to entry-level candidates
- Preferred:
- Line maintenance experience, especially with Boeing 737-400 & 737-800 aircraft
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Work Environment:- Location: The main facility includes tool storage, vehicle storage, a parts department, and an employee lounge. Line maintenance is performed outdoors on the ramp, with the team using a truck to transport equipment to and from the airport.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00
