Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Test Technician to perform environmental stress screening (thermal, vibration, and pressure) on advanced flight hardware, ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards. This hands-on role involves setting up and operating test equipment, troubleshooting systems, and maintaining test setups and facilities. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of environmental test experience, expertise in vibration and shock testing, and strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with data acquisition systems, calibrated equipment, and mechanical/electrical schematics is essential. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
