Line Service Professional in Jacksonville, FL
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Line Service Professional to join our team supporting general aviation operations in Jacksonville, Florida. - Deliver a premium experience consistent with luxury general aviation standards.
Ground Services Coordination
Work closely with coworkers, flight crews, and vendors to provide essential ramp services, including:
- Ground power unit (GPU) support
- Potable water replenishment
- Catering delivery and coordination
- Safely marshal, tow, and position aircraft on the ramp and in hangars.
- Ensure proper use of tugs, towbars, and ramp equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols, FAA regulations, and internal procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free ramp environment.
- Communicate effectively with operations staff and leadership to support smooth and efficient flight operations.
- Assist teammates as needed to ensure timely service delivery.
Compensation & Schedule
- Schedule: 5/8 shifts — Monday-Friday
- 06:00–14:00
- 14:00–22:00
- 22:00–06:00
- 24/7 operation; shift flexibility required.
