Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team on a 90-day contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading and loading packages from freight containers, staging packages for pick-up, and performing various warehouse duties. This position requires consistent physical activity, including lifting up to 35 lbs unassisted. If you are willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

• Stage packages for pick-up from the main entity

• Bend, stand, and walk consistently
• Work on a site with regulated traffic
• Willingness to learn forklift operation

• Previous experience in unloading, loading, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or similar roles (minimum 3 months)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted

You will be working in a hanger/warehouse style environment supporting the new Amazon AIR facility. The facility is near a major airport to aid in shipping Amazon products. The team is small but rapidly growing. Shifts available are 12:00 am to 8:30 am. OSHA/BADGE classes are provided and paid for, with schedules available on Mondays and Wednesdays. Employees work five days in a row with two consecutive days off, including weekends.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swanton, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
