Description:What You Will Be Doing:
As the Remote Depot Supply Facility (RDSF) Supply Technician Lead you will develop, administer, audit and execute programs in compliance with government regulations and with corporate policies. Performs individual and team roles supporting all contractual requirements. Works closely with US Government customer and other partner agencies. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing and record keeping for managed materials. Investigates discrepancies and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken to mitigate any in the future.
You will perform aspects of technical supply management work (e.g. inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot supply activities. Will provide technical services required to manage and operate a retail supply operation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing the customer supply status, assisting with part number/National Stock Number verification, responding to customer requests for mission support, assisting with shelf life, ESD identification and handling, organizational refusals and preforming/conducting inventory cycle counts, and the ability to provide any Key Supporting Documents (KSD) when requested. Position will be responsible for providing shift status information, weekly/monthly status reports. Individual will be responsible for mentoring and initial training in RDSF warehouse operations for new hires, direct and assign the work duties of other RDSF warehouse personnel. Works under general supervision and individual will also be responsible for keeping the On-Site Site Manager engaged of any major or recurring problems as soon as possible. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, be organized, must be a self-starter, possess strong leadership skills, be attention to detail and must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and senior management.

Basic Qualifications:
General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
Experience in supply chain management, material control, receiving, inventory, monitoring stock, in support of depot operations.
Valid Driver’s License
Desired Skills:
Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word
Familiar with supporting Air Force Depot maintenance
Working knowledge of weapon system support
Project/process management
Inventory control
Records Management
The ability to work independently
A self-starter

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
