Summary:
Seeking multiple Supply Chain Specialists to support material management and execution for the Executive Fleet program.
Coordinate internal and external supply chain solutions, ensuring adherence to schedules, and driving process improvements.
Manage material demand and coordinate deliveries
Analyze supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
Enter, track, and monitor customer orders and requirements
Support supply chain strategies: inventory reduction, kitting, lead-time reduction
Identify and implement process improvements
Apply systems thinking to anticipate impact and optimize performance
Collaborate across teams to meet program goals
Requirements:
3+ years in supply chain or materials management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong accountability and self-starting mindset
Must have regular and reliable attendance
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Familiarity with procurement, supplier management, or logistics
Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
Experience with performance metrics and Boeing GOLD system
Related military experience or advanced degree a plus
