Job Objectives
To ensure that company’s inventory is accurate at all time by performing inventory counts, analysis and adjustments according to Satair&39;s Operating Procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to all documented Company Quality System Procedures when carrying out operational duties
- Carry out complete inventory check of all inventory as per company operating procedure
- Perform inventory adjustment and sort out inventory / system queries where necessary
- Be the sole contact person responsible for inventory audits
- Conduct investigation and troubleshooting on any missing inventory.
- Conduct investigation on Customers&39; complaints
- Recommend solution and influence stakeholders to implement the solution to mitigate missing inventory and customers&39; complaints
- Interact with cross functional teams to support system/process requirements to improve Quality performance in Warehouse
- Accountable for meeting inventory count target based on planned schedule
- Accountable for inventory accuracy
- Responsible for inventory reporting on a monthly basis for management review
- Provide proper guidance to receiving team through inventory analysis to minimize error on goods receipt and putaway
- Act as deputy for Receiving & Inventory team lead
- Supervise team members in Receiving and Inventory team
- Resolve complex issue for the team in the absence of team lead
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times
- Endeavour to improve quality of work wherever possible
- Assist the Warehouse Management with any reasonable adhoc request
- To operate cross functionally across the Warehouse functions
- Conduct picking and processing of orders in the correct priority sequence
- Conduct order quantity changes and confirm on system
- Pack and generate release notes and put with the required order
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma with 3-5 years relevant experience
- Numeracy skills
- PC literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes tools
- Familiar with work-related routines under Satair’s ERP system
- Process knowledge - experience of working in a similar environment
