As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for verifying basic product conformance to design requirements and providing objective evidence of results. You will perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring tasks, identify and document discrepancies using the non-conformance system, and segregate and control non-conforming items. Additionally, you will review rework dispositions and assist in product reviews with internal customers during product or process verification.

Work Environment

You will be part of a large distribution center with 500+ employees, working in a climate-controlled environment. The role includes 5 different shifts, with staggered start/stop times of 6am-3pm, 8am-5pm, and 10am-7pm, assigned based on business needs. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 20 lbs, and sit, stand, or walk for extended periods. Personal protective equipment, such as steel toe shoes, is required and must be provided by the contractor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
