Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

  • Under general supervision, plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor final approval of products through the complete product cycle.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan/Expedite
    • Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
    • Interface with various departments in order to expedite operations that delay schedules and/or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
    • Schedule inspections of LRU and PCB builds, reworks, and modifications to ensure standard quality specifications are met.
  • Status Updates
    • Update department leads and management regarding the status of assigned programs.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to effectively communicate with various departments and levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and apply priority to projects with adaptability and urgency while meeting timelines.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of database systems; Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Oracle ERP application preferred
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • International and domestic travel required, up to 5 percent.

The pay range of $22.12 - $37.02 an hour is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum.
