HeliStream is seeking a Parts Administrator. This person should be able to maintain a regular supply of parts to ensure the efficiency and productivity of our maintenance department. He or she will also be responsible for selling parts to customers and other vendors. He or she will be expected to maintain constant communication with the accounting department and maintenance supervisors.
The Parts Administrator will be under the direct supervision of the Parts Manager and Director of Maintenance.

Primary Duties:
- Manage parts inventory
- Keep adequate inventory of all parts needed for day-to-day maintenance
- Perform purchasing and invoicing of parts pursuing the best price and service
- Ensure inventory count is accurate
- Track all shelf-life limited items; ensure items are consumed or removed by expiration
- Keep all free stock boxes stocked and maintain traceability records
- Act as a liaison for vendors
- Certify all parts requested by maintenance have supervisor approval
- Maintain and become knowledgeable on FAA required paperwork for parts
- Shipping and receiving of parts
- Warranty claims with vendors
- Liaison to field mechanics
- Assist in tracking MSDS sheets for chemicals consumed
- Expedite AOG orders
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
