Key Responsibilities:As a Materials Management professional, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assist in Material Planning: Learn and apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to analyze material requirements and incorporate schedules into production plans.
Manage Inventory and Materials: Assist in receiving, issuing, stocking, and inventorying both company and government materials. Maintain accurate logs of daily material movements.
Collaborate with Suppliers: Support interactions with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure materials are available and delivered on time.
Coordinate Material Disposition: Work to identify and dispose of excess or obsolete inventories, ensuring the system remains lean and efficient.
Support Process Improvement: Contribute to the implementation of process improvements in inventory and materials management practices.
Ensure Accuracy: Regularly review material planning system outputs and help maintain accurate records of material handling and movements.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
Unload trucks and deliveries promptly and efficiently, ensuring materials are sorted, stocked, and logged correctly.
Assist with packaging, storage, kitting, transportation, and handling materials, ensuring that all procedures are followed.
Qualifications:Required Skills:
2+ years of material handling experience: Proven ability to manage and track materials effectively.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
Strong Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members, vendors, and customers.

- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

Pay Details: $23.11 to $25.68 per hour
