$24 to $25 HR. 
Launch Teams UAL – Materials Coordinator
Launch Teams Materials Coordinator - Will support UAL and Regional WIFI Programs and report to the Procurement Supervisor.
Primary job responsibilities will be to assist the 145 Repair Station with maintaining inventory control, ensuring production has the required items to complete work and assist with procurement as required.
The materials coordinator will be responsible for the flow of material needed on multiple projects, including receipt, storage, and distribution. 
They will work with production and procurement to ensure accurate accounting of all material, parts, tooling, consumables and supplies.
Will handle all day-to-day transactions of materials and tooling. 
Common duties include: Managing inventory, scheduling deliveries, ordering, receiving materials, part pickups, shipping materials, issuing stock.
In addition, the material coordinator will directly interface with the onsite customer representatives and their appointed designee to request parts for customer procurement and provide updates.

Project/Work scope:
You must have strong communication skills, as you work with mechanics, airport workers, planning, customers, auditors and other airplane personnel as required to keep an airplane operating safely. Need to have knowledge of aviation and aviation terminology
  • Must be able to accurately and promptly receive, inspect store/issue material coming into the facility by vendors, customers, or warehouse transfers 
  • Issue hand tools, parts, material, and equipment in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
  • Prepare reports and updates daily or when required
  • Record keeping in inventory management system.
  • Assists Billing Manager with customer and vendor invoices
  • Kitting parts, materials and organizing work areas
  • Locate lost and missing tools and equipment, perform periodic inventory audits.
