EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
EXPERIENCE:
- General programming skills
- Basic shop math (addition, subtraction, trigonometry)
- Strong blueprint and part print reading and GD&T skills.
- Ability to perform part inspection using inspection equipment
- Use of measuring tools
- Experience with machine operation for ball form CNC or Manual Thread Grinders is preferred.
- Good understanding of gage calibration
- Machine setup
- Machine running
- Use of small hand tools
- Ability to perform own set-ups helpful
- Basic understanding of Quality Systems
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time as this is a high energy position. Working in the manufacturing environment requires the use of safety equipment to include; but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves.
