McWilliams Forge began as a family owned company in the 1880s since then it was bought by PCC in 2008. Since being bought by PCC, McWilliams has been steadily growing. Currently, McWilliams supports the aerospace industry by supporting local and regional aircrafts.

Job Description

We are seeking a machinist familiar with turning machines. Sets up and operates a variety of machines in machine shop, including but not limited to; milling, turning, drilling, grinding etc. Able to work to close tolerances working from drawings with little or no guidance.

Second Shift from 2:15pm-10:00pm.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Sets up machines for machining operations

Operates machines to perform required operations, working from drawing.

Checks work using various measuring equipment.

Manipulates work pieces using overhead lifting equipment.

Experience & Education

Previous manufacturing experience (3+ years)
Willingness to learn
Experience with CNC machining
Knowledge of CNC set up

The range of pay for this role is $22 to $32 US Dollar (USD) this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan. Employees may be eligible for a shift differential payment that is dependent on the schedule worked. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays, with three (3) additional PTO days (personal, floating, and birthday). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
