This full-time, entry-level role offers direct training in precision tool and gage setting—an essential function in ensuring the accuracy and quality of aerospace components. What You’ll Do – Key ResponsibilitiesLearn and perform gage setting and adjustments using gage blocks, horizontal trimos, and other precision tools
Maintain electronic inventory and calibration records using SAP or other systems
Handle the receiving, storage, and issuing of perishable tooling, fixtures, gages, shop supplies, and safety equipment (PPE)
Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to ensure accurate and timely tool distribution
Follow structured training to develop problem-solving skills and refer complex issues to supervisors
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and efficient support to manufacturing teams
Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures while ensuring tools and gages meet quality standards
Stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and obtain forklift certification (training provided if needed)
What You Bring – Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
Willingness to learn database systems related to tool tracking (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
