As an Air Logistics Warehouse Associate you will contribute to the timely delivery of Express packages by loading and unloading of air freight containers, moving these containers from airplane to truck for on-time delivery to our customers at our airport location. This job is a cross-dock operation; your role is to move Express packages from aircraft to warehouse to trucks with no/minimal storage.  Our indoor facility is an open-air environment and not temperature controlled, and you may work in or around aircraft. • Load and unload cargo from pallets and containers to and from semi-trucks in a widely dispersed area.
• Sorting, scanning and movement of small packages and containers within a designated warehouse.
• Build up cargo for outbound flights.
• Break down cargo from import flights.
• Removal of tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading.
• May operate basic cargo handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Weighing, labeling, or make/break-down of gaylords or air-containers.
• Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions and documents as appropriate when accepting or delivering cargo.
• Ability to understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without, assistance of sight or visual aids.

• 18 years and older
• Valid Driver’s license
• Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
• Ability to read, write and understand the English language

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of temperatures, rain, wind, hot and cold weather
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and move long distances across our facilities
