Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events, support HR marketing and our visual presence.
Support onboarding activities for new employees, such as preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.
Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed.
Contribute to internal communication efforts, such as drafting newsletters or announcements.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications/Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of the Czech language.
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Basic knowledge of the English language is a plus.
