This position contributes to our vision by:
tAssist with day-to-day facilities operations, including workspace setup, office moves, and maintenance requests.
tSupport Interior Design Project
tSupport preventive maintenance schedules and track completion in internal systems.
tHelp manage vendor relationships (cleaning, security, repairs, etc.) and ensure service requests are resolved.
tConduct facility inspections to identify safety or maintenance needs.
tSupport sustainability and cost-saving initiatives (energy usage tracking, recycling programs, etc.).
tAssist with space planning, inventory management, and workplace projects.
tDocument procedures and update facility records as needed.
tOther duties may be assigned.

\tCurrently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.
\tAbility to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally -Basic
\tMust be self-motivated/self-directed - Advanced
\tCapable of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment - Basic
\tKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) - Basic
\tAbility to brainstorm and problem-solve – Basic
