Job Title: Interior Technician
Job Description
The Interior Technician will be responsible for the modification and upgrade of corporate and business aircraft interiors. This includes the removal and installation of seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment. The role involves inspecting and repairing installation brackets and related assemblies, as well as installing new seats, galleys/lavatories, panels, and more to complete the upgrade program.
Responsibilities
- Remove and replace seats, cabinets, sidewalls, panels, and other interior equipment.
- Inspect and repair installation brackets and related assemblies.
- Install new seats, galleys/lavs, panels, and complete the upgrade program.
- Run new wiring from the flight deck to E-bay, ceilings, and sidewalls.
- Coordinate with Avionics technicians for wiring and testing/terminating.
- Utilize blueprints and hand/power tools for accurate installation.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of recent aircraft interiors removal and installation experience.
- Ability to work from blueprints.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of aircraft interiors install experience.
- Airframe license preferred for one of the three openings.
- Possession of personal tools.

Work Environment
The role is based in a FAR-145 Repair Station and a corporate service center, providing a professional and structured work environment ideal for technical growth and skill development.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.00/hr.
