Tasks
What you will do:
- Support the standardization of financial data and processes across Lufthansa Group companies in close cooperation with global project teams
- Contribute to building a modern, unified accounting and controlling system (SAP S/4HANA)
- Develop and maintain data standards for internal and external reporting
- Collaborate closely with Controlling, Accounting, and IT departments to ensure seamless process alignment
- Participate in the implementation of financial data standards and process mappings
- Apply business management and BI tools to design innovative solutions for complex data structures
- Act as a key contact for Group companies and central finance departments (Controlling, Tax, Accounting, Finance)
- Build and expand your professional network across the Finance Transformation program and LGBS
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or Accounting
- 2–3 years of experience in Fixed Assets accounting
- Strong communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
- Experience in Finance Transformation projects will be a plus
- Knowledge of the airline business (especially aircraft assets) is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and initiative
- German language knowledge will be an asset
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20)
