PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Procurement Planning and Control Consultant to support our operations in Wichita, KS. This is a 9-month full-time consultant role with a highly competitive pay rate of $40.11/hour. What You’ll DoAs a key player in our supplier management and procurement processes, you will:
Develop, manage, and report compliance with supplier management policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and supplier performance.
Maintain and enhance supplier performance rating systems to ensure top-tier quality and reliability.
Generate and analyze performance reports, metrics, and key supply chain insights.
Lead initiatives to optimize the supplier base, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, legal advisors, and government agencies to uphold compliance and drive operational excellence.
What You BringRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience OR MBA with 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive process improvements.
Experience in supplier management, compliance, and performance evaluation.

Pay Details: $40.11 per hour
