This position reports to the Procurement Manager and is responsible for supporting procurement initiatives to ensure cost-effective purchasing and efficient operations. You will monitor corporate travel accounts, manage the corporate contracts dashboard, and conduct analysis or market research on various procurement projects related to vendor selection, expense management, and corporate supply. You will work closely with finance, accounting, and the project management team to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, growth-oriented team environment. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline processes and support the company’s strategic goals.

Fine Print
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (essential requirement)
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, procurement support, or corporate travel coordination (essential requirement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (essential requirement)
- Knowledge of financial accounting, strategic sourcing, and vendor management concepts (essential requirement)
- Familiar with corporate travel management platforms and procurement tools (essential requirement)
- Certification in procurement or contract management (preferred)
Pay & Perks
Compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
