Job Description:

Tasks

  • Implementing and improving business processes related to finance and controlling
  • Forecasting in cooperation with relevant departments
  • Month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals
  • Analyzing key financial indicators and assessing the profitability of business cases
  • Budget planning and continuous tracking of costs and revenues
  • Revenue forecasting and service pricing reconciliation
  • Full responsibility for the budget and forecast process for the assigned department
  • Managing internal and external financial reporting
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to management
  • Supporting organizational change processes
  • Acting as a business advisor for executives
  • Risk management

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • University degree in economics, business informatics, business mathematics, or financial consulting
  • Knowledge of accounting, controlling, and financial management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP (FI, MM, CO, BW, CCA)
  • Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Think-Cell, SAC – nice to have)
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Analytical thinking and conceptual problem-solving skills
