Summary:
Perform clerical, administrative, and transactional tasks supporting Finance/Accounting teams
Communicate with departments regarding assigned tasks and issues
Validate documents and reports to support accounting activities
Serve as initial point of contact for task-related issues or problems
Provide input on process improvements to enhance quality, accuracy, and cost efficiency
Assist with month-end closing, audits, and special requests
Provide administrative support (meetings, travel coordination, correspondence)
Adapt to scheduling changes in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines
Maintain professionalism, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
4 years of accounting or related financial experience
Associates degree in Accounting/Finance substitutes for 1 year of experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance substitutes for 2 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, databases, spreadsheets)
Credit history check required for all candidates (new hires and internal transfers/promotions)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
