ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead product sustaining projects, managing obsolescence and market-driven modifications
  • Create and update product documentation, including bills of material, drawings, and change orders
  • Analyze production test failures, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions
  • Collaborate with various departments to support manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain functions
  • Facilitate the transition of new products from Engineering to Operations
  • Investigate and resolve complex hardware issues reported by customers, ensuring satisfaction
  • Conduct testing and analysis of returned products to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining or improving product quality
  • Collaborate with suppliers to select cost-effective components and materials
  • Ensure product designs comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Lead product qualification and agency compliance test programs as needed

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of direct experience in High-Speed Circuit Design, including Best Practices and Thermal Considerations.
  • Experience with testing equipment such as Oscilloscopes, DMMs, and DC Power Supplies
  • PCB Analysis in PADS or equivalent
  • Experience in Aerospace or other regulated experience preferred.
  • Digital & Analog Circuit Troubleshooting Preferred.
