ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead product sustaining projects, managing obsolescence and market-driven modifications
- Create and update product documentation, including bills of material, drawings, and change orders
- Analyze production test failures, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions
- Collaborate with various departments to support manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain functions
- Facilitate the transition of new products from Engineering to Operations
- Investigate and resolve complex hardware issues reported by customers, ensuring satisfaction
- Conduct testing and analysis of returned products to maintain customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining or improving product quality
- Collaborate with suppliers to select cost-effective components and materials
- Ensure product designs comply with industry standards and regulations
- Lead product qualification and agency compliance test programs as needed
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of direct experience in High-Speed Circuit Design, including Best Practices and Thermal Considerations.
- Experience with testing equipment such as Oscilloscopes, DMMs, and DC Power Supplies
- PCB Analysis in PADS or equivalent
- Experience in Aerospace or other regulated experience preferred.
- Digital & Analog Circuit Troubleshooting Preferred.
