Role Overview:
PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a skilled and driven Senior Advanced Quality Engineer to join our team in the fast-paced and innovative aviation industry. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence the success of critical projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Senior Advanced Quality Engineer, you will:
Lead project management oversight of existing NOE IRBs, ensuring all tasks and milestones are met according to the Gantt chart.
Validate current status of projects and deliverables to ensure timely completion and closure of each IRB.
Attend and actively contribute to weekly task meetings for each IRB, ensuring all action items are being completed on time.
Provide escalation support to teams, facilitating the resolution of any challenges and driving the completion of RAIL tasks.
Allocate time each week to assist teams with deliverables, including filling forms, updating spreadsheets, guiding QE processes, and reviewing discrepancies and RCCA.
Serve as a trusted advisor for process improvements, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure that all projects are executed with excellence and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering or related field, preferably in aviation or manufacturing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of overseeing technical projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in quality engineering processes, RAILs, discrepancy reviews, and corrective actions.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide guidance on process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with IRBs in a technical or aviation-focused environment.
Advanced understanding of QE processes, RCCA, and discrepancy management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $47.50 per hour
