the annual base salary ranges for this position is $140,000 - $176,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as spanet and business considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading development teams in a new product development environment
• Ensure project performance and execution
• Managing customer relationships
• Schedule and milestone development/management
• Understand technology employed on various programs
• Develop program/project cost estimates
• Baseline development
• Program/project metric development and reporting
• Variance analysis
• Risk and opportunity development and management
• Manage supplier relationships
• Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required, < 10

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 6+ years of experience in Engineering or physical sciences.
• Demonstrate Earned Value Management (EVM) proficiency.
• Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
