Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inertia weld engineer supporting production welding operations.
  • Translational friction weld engineer with a short path to be the process focal point and owner.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to execute shop strategy.
  • Growth opportunities to become a Certifying Agent for IW and TFW.
  • Growth opportunities within the vacuum heat treat and ultrasonic inspection processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in SPECIFIC experience) + Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing experience
