Responsibilities:
- Lead UI/UX design efforts by gathering customer requirements and delivering wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Modernize existing tools and interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create human-centered design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Manage tasks and documentation using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph.
- 8-10 years of experience in UI/UX design with expertise in human-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with secure networks and designing for restricted environments.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in government or defense sector projects.
