This role offers the opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and deliver impactful solutions for our crew-facing technologies.Responsibilities: Lead development and provide production support for critical enterprise applications. Serve as Tech Lead for a cross-functional squad, coordinating with onsite and offshore teams. Maintain and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, ensuring reliable device enrollment, policy enforcement, and lifecycle management for crew member mobile devices and mobile applications. Accurately estimate deliverable timelines and manage sprint commitments. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable code. Collaborate with product team members, leadership, and business partners to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 5+ years of hands-on development experience using SQL, PL/SQL, J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, HTML5, Angular, REST APIs, and Oracle; experience with NoSQL is a plus. Proven experience as a technical lead, guiding development teams and ensuring code quality. Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud technologies and MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf). Familiarity with design thinking, test-driven development, and embedded security practices. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), and DevOps tooling (SonarQube, Nexus). Strong troubleshooting skills for high-priority issues and outages. Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive alignment toward shared goals.Commitment to safety, security, and diversity in the workplace.Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
