TasksThe Senior Customer Engineer is responsible for:
- Interface to Key Account Manager, Customer Service as well as Modification & Workshop Engineering teams in Hamburg, Shenzhen &Tulsa with frequent interaction within this matrix organization
- Representing Customer Engineering team for the inquiries from customers within APAC
- Maintaining & expanding good working relationship with technical departments at airline customers
- Act like an extended arm of existing APAC customer engineering team
- Preparing & presenting technical presentations
- Obtaining customer feedback regularly & identify systematic process weaknesses
- Providing technical support to customer service & sales teams
- Evaluating technical trends in the MRO spanet
- Participating in global projects as & when deemed necessary by the organization

RequirementsTo thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- University or technical college degree in Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance / Aeronautical Engineering or Electronics & Electrical Engineering or Holder of Valid AME License for 10 Years or more
- 20+ years of proven professional experience in the field of component overhaul and/or aircraft maintenance, reliability & technical services, ideally also certified Design/Verification Engineer.
- Experience in Part 145, CAMO, Part 21J Organization preferred
- Advance MS excel skills
- Experience on SAP, AMOS, RAMCO
- Fluent spoken & written English
- Intercultural competence
- Customer orientation
- Strong self-initiative & creativity & team player
- Very good analytical skills
- Resilience & composure under pressure
