ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Design, Build, and Maintain:
- Develop scalable and resilient cloud-based infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of services.
Implement SRE Best Practices:
- Establish and maintain SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs to define system reliability targets and improve service performance.
Automate Repetitive Tasks:
- Build automation for infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident resolution.
Monitor System Health:
- Use monitoring and alerting tools to keep track of system performance and address anomalies proactively.
Incident Response:
- Lead incident response efforts, and coordinate with multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues.
Infrastructure Optimization:
- Continuously optimize infrastructure for cost, security, and performance.
Collaboration & Communication:
