Skills You Bring To this Role
At least 2 years of reliability experience in a defense related industry including reliability and maintainability, developing FMECA, or developing/interpreting reliability predictions and allocations.
Applicable experience formulating reliability/maintainability analyses and evaluating design tradeoffs.
Working knowledge in an aviation related discipline (Avionics, Propulsion, Hydraulics, etc.)
Demonstrated work in a team environment and ability to effectively communicate within the team, management, and customers.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a variety of activities and tasks.
What you need to be successful
We are looking for inquisitive and driven engineers with a passion to innovate.
Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Engineering.
2 years of experience in Reliability & Maintainability
Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
