* Experience with the Quality Management Systems auditing and continuous improvement activities.
* Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with others.
* Ability to read and interpret technical data packages, engineering drawings, Bill of Materials, component specifications, standards, and process sheets.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
* Experience performing First Article Inspection Reports… ballooning, completing form 1 and reviewing forms 2 & 3* Experience in production quality within a certified AS9100 electronics manufacturing environment.
* Experience in a quality function governed by military and aerospace standards.
* Experience using various inspection tools such as vernier’s, microscopes, gauges, etc.
* Experience using root cause/corrective action tools (8D, 5 Whys, Cause and effect, fault trees).
* Certification demonstrating understanding and usage of quality sciences (Green Belt, CQE, etc.).
* Ability to apply, interpret and/or advise teams on quality, process documentation and workmanship requirements for product realization and inspection of components, assemblies and subassemblies.
* Familiarity of APQP/AS9145 processes, including PFMEA and Control Plans.
* IPC-A-610 certified specialist
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $69190 - $117590
