Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a ME Process Performance Engineer (f/m) to join our Performance and Improvement department based in FAL A350, Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing and supporting the operational performance in FAL A350. As part of the Cabin Unit A350 and member of the Process Performance Engineer Team, you will be involved in performance management as a support and challenger of production, aiming to improve CVAT (customer value added time), with the final target of securing and delivering our aircrafts on time, cost and quality.
Your challenges:
Support production on understanding and management of CVAT
Management of performance reviews daily/weekly/monthly
Promote usage of PPC tools
Deployment of performance strategy linked performance and CVAT
Management efficacity of production line with continue improvement of standard line balancing(SLB), optimization white and red spaces
Evolve SLB referential to anticipate rate increase and associated impacts
Manage AOS requirements (Airbus operation system) which driven our activities.
Your boarding pass:
Background in manufacturing engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering
Knowledgeable on Performance process engineer tools is a plus (AVL2, IBM, IGEA, EPIQA)
Knowledgeable on FAL350 cabin Integration process
English advanced level
