Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Engineering, or in lieu of degree 6+ years of experience in a quality engineering environment.
- 2+ years’ quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including root cause methodologies experience, experience using ispection equipment and the ability to read, write and comprehend blueprints
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and /or program requirements.
Additional Qualifications:
- Aerostructures (metallics and/or composites) experience preferred.
- Relentless and results driven performer with a Continuous Improvement mind-set using lean tools and Techniques (Practical Problem solving, A3, PFEMA and/or Fishbone diagrams)
- Familiarity with AS9145 APQP process or equivalent.
- Certified auditor preferered
- A dynamic individual with a high level of energy, a proactive self-starter who is confident and able to work independently.
