Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining and controlling the production process, including tooling and equipment. This position is on-site and involves validating design specifications and shop floor applications of new products, tools, or equipment. Your work is vital to ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.
- Define and control the production process, including tooling and equipment.
- Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and execute policies and strategies.
- Integrate team efforts with other teams to contribute effectively to the area.
- Exercise judgment to propose solutions outside of set parameters with guidance.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members and potentially lead early-stage talent development.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
- Advanced experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
